American society no longer permits the business community to limit itself to production, sales and the accounting columns, Miller told The New York Times in July 1978.

Aside from the transmission, the Accord delivers an unsullied ribbon of wholesome automotive delight. The steering is informative but light enough that it can be operated with fingertips. The interior is roomy, the seats in the EX-L model out-comfort those in some hoity-toity pretenders, and the whole thing is quiet at speed thanks to excellent air management around the car’s skin.
Performance was also virtuous. the Mk3’s Family II range of engines, which were carried over from its predecessor, were always so much stronger and more efficient than Ford's outdated Pinto or limp-wristed CVH lumps in the Sierra. And the 16-valve GSi model aside, the 115bhp eight-valve 2.0i engine we tested was the most coveted.
"The weakest function in American business is human relations," Gilmour said in a 1999 interview with Automotive News. "The good companies make personnel a strategy. That was an Ed Lundy/Arjay Miller legacy. They were thinking about that long before most companies were."

If we were guessing, we’d expect a spring auto-show debut for the hotter, non-Quad Giulia, although the fact that the new engine is already in the Mopar service system might mean that the car could bow earlier. Given the impending arrival of a Giulia coupe, we’d expect the new motor to help the Italian go toe to toe with Audi’s S4 and S5. We’ve also reached out to Alfa Romeo HQ in Italy and will update if further clarification arrives.

Understeer is caused when the front wheels of a car slip on the road surface while the rears still have grip. It usually occurs when you carry too much speed into a corner, and when you go to apply steering lock, the front end of the car doesn't respond and the car wants to continue straight ahead, rather than following the direction of the front wheels around the corner.
